UK Delivery
Free delivery on all orders
We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 24hr Signed For service. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 1-2 working days (once the order is finished and dispatched).
USA Delivery
Free delivery on orders over $60
We use UPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).
There is a $14.95 delivery fee for orders under $60.
We are based in the UK, so additional duties may apply upon arrival of orders, generally you will only be subject to these duties and taxes if the value of your order is greater than US$800. We are not responsible for these additional costs. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.
Europe Delivery (excl. Portugal)
We now cover all import taxes and customs duties for European orders placed with us.
If you are requested by the courier or customs agency to pay for charges relating to import of our goods, please forward the correspondence to us at hello@ratbetty.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.
We have two options for shipping. One option is Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed For Service for orders up to €149.99. There is a €14.95 delivery fee for this. This takes approximately 5-10 business days days (once the order is finished and dispatched). *Note this service is not available for customers in Norway or Italy, we can only ship via DHL Express to these countries.
There is the option for DHL Express Shipping for customers who need their items sooner.
DHL Express free for orders over €200. This takes 3-5 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).
Portugal Delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Portugal
This is because an Official Broker is required to ship jewellery to Portugal
Australia & NZ Delivery
Free Royal Mail Signed For Shipping on all orders.
This takes approximately 5-14 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).
DHL Express shipping available for customers who need their items sooner. This is free for orders over £200. This takes 3-5 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).

Canada Delivery
Free delivery for orders over $280 CAD
We ship to Canada via express courier (either FedEx or DHL Express).
Shipping is free for orders over $280 CAD. This takes 3-5 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).

Japan Delivery
Free DHL Express shipping for orders over ¥39,900
We charge ¥5,000 for shipping orders under ¥39,900

Rest of World Delivery
Free DHL Express shipping for orders over £200.
This takes 3-10 business days (once the order is finished and dispatched).

We are unable to deliver to Russia.

Duties & Taxes (for orders outside of the UK, EU and US)
For orders outside of the UK, EU & US, additional duties map apply upon arrival
These are calculated by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for these additional costs. Shipping & duties are non-refundable.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
If you refuse a shipment from Rat Betty, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rat Betty. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the original purchase plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns / exchanges?
We’re extending our returns & exchanges period for orders placed in November and December, so you will have until 31st January to return/exchange your order.
Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Rat Betty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please be sure of your size when exchanging as there will be a cost involved for a second exchange.
Orders placed prior to November will have 60 days from the package being delivered to return/exchange your order.
How do I return or exchange my piece?
Please email info@ratbetty.com with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. You will receive an email with information on next steps.
The returned package must include: a note containing the order number, and the item being returned. We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package.
Please be sure of your size when exchanging as there will be a cost involved for a second exchange.
