For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns & exchanges window. Any orders placed from 27th October 2025 can be exchanged or returned until 31st January 2026.
Orders placed outside this period can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of delivery.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size or style.
• As we are based in the UK, please double-check your size before ordering to avoid the time and cost of posting back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Rat Betty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
