I came across Rat Betty online and immediately fell in love with their beautiful, chunky silver jewellery. I’d wanted one of their rings for ages, so getting the chance to visit the studio and choose one in person was such a treat.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, especially when it came to finding the right ring and getting the sizing perfect. Communication was brilliant, and when my jewellery finally arrived it was packaged so beautifully, with such a quirky feel and so much attention to detail.

I’ve been wearing my ring for about three months now and genuinely can’t imagine not having it on. It fits like a glove, feels amazing to wear and has quickly become one of my favourite pieces of jewellery. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Always super products and if they are not in stock you know how long it will be and they usually they get the item done a bit early. The only thing is the girls have seen one of the bracelets and have taken a liking to them!!! Christmas is coming soon. Always best to plan ahead😂

Customer service was responsive and easy to reach when I realized I needed to size down my ring a few days after placing my order. The made-to-order and shipping estimate dates were accurate and it was simply a smooth shopping experience even for overseas.

Super helpful customer service by emails. Shipping and customs to Austria worked great, there were no additional charges and I was able to choose a day I was home with FedEx shipping.
Packaging very nice with a sturdy paper box and small cloth bag.

If I was ordering again I would specify if one of the pieces is a present since I had to open the box to separate the pieces.
