Position Overview
As a Jewellery Production Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our finishing process, turning raw castings into tangible treasures. From crafting delicate pieces to ensuring quality standards are met, you'll play a vital role in bringing our designs to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise a variety of techniques, including soldering, polishing, finishing and stone setting, to create high-quality jewellery pieces.
- Work with a diverse range of materials, from precious metals to gemstones, ensuring attention to detail at every step of the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative finishing solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in jewellery production is required, specifically with soldering and working with rotary tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in every piece.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.

- Work life balance is important to us. As we grow our team, we’ve committed to a 30 hour working week. This means working 30 hours per week with the pay equivalent of 40 hours. Hours are 9am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
