When will my order ship?

Select your charm to see the estimated ship date.

We either:

• Ship in 3 working days (if your charm is already cast), or
  
• Make it to order (3–4 weeks) if your charm isn’t already cast.

Orders can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of delivery.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size or style.
• As we are based in the UK, please double-check your size before ordering to avoid the time and cost of posting back to us.

Important: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
